Sounds like the Senate will not convene before the inaugeration so basically he will not be impeached by the Senate. I don't think they can touch him after the election by law. He could face civil suits and will for the most part have to fight those but I think its just a witch hunt started by that wretched old hag Pelosi. my understanding is they can send the impeachment articles to a the new senate which starts on the 19, the house must send the articles of impeachment within a 100 days of today

Of course the timeline of events and facts used by the congressional communists and rino traitors doesn't add up, but they've never let something like that get in the way of their selectively applied narratives. The insurrectionists were not at Trump's speech! There was also strong evidence that the sergeant at arms told the Speaker of the House and Leader of the Senate that there was credible information of a planned uprising, well before the fact, and the response was to stand down. They've used this planned event to their advantage in a big way.

House and Senate are 2 totally different entities. He will need 17 Republican senators to go against him in Congress if thats the number. I've heard of 3 considering plus Mitch McConnell who could sway even more as Senate majority leader

On the impeachment topic, voting to impeach and actually being impeached are two very different things. Understand the difference.


Lastly, when the election fraud is revealed for all to see keep in mind that the entire congress knows about it. They were given the chance to speak up and stop things. Therefore; they are trying to impeach trump, KNOWINGLY ignoring the election fraud. What does this mean? They are commiting TREASON.

When an elected official commits treason, they lose all constitutional rights (according to the constitution). If they lose thier rights guess what....they are no longer a valid congress....an INVALID congress has no power.

They will try and make it look like they have power and inaugurate biden, but guess what....they have no control over the USA. Trump (and the military) still have control.

There is talk that Trump was already inaugurated in private, who is required to be present for an inauguration? Does it have to be public?
