Have they found any of the trucks and trailers stolen this winter.

Camera's are a good thing to have but unless someone is glued to them at all hours, they are pretty much useless in preventing a theft. All they might show you after the fact is how long it took for your vehicle to disappear. And that only takes 60-90 seconds in most cases. The cops ain't gonna be there that quick!
A secure gate system where the only way in and out is with swipe card or something would be much better. Easier to control the flow of traffic. Sure it would be a little costly to implement but make it pay parking to help pay for it. I have no problem spending $20 a night or maybe more for the piece of mind I would have knowing the chance of someone getting away with my stuff is very low.
Obviously, the cops aren't looking after the situation, and it's getting worse not better. Unfortunate steps that need to be taken but what else ya gonna do???
