Just gonna have to check your wiring at the back of your plug. My ford did the same thing everything looked ok but as I dug further there was a broken wire right behind the factory plug

Have you tested each lead at the plug with a test light?

If it's dead at the plug and fuses are all happy, have to start tracing wires back to find a short. With truck off, you can check for continuity across the leads - if you have continuity, there's a short in your wiring somewhere.

Anything after 1997 should be wired this way. Don't always assume color codes are correct but location is.

My 2011 350 had the same problem. It was a broken wire behind the plug. Sounds like a ford problem but I had to buy a new one
