$2 million to rebuild or not, that was an 80 year old landmark and it's hard to put a price on history. If I understand correctly, arson causing damage to property caries a maximum sentence of 14 years and arson causing bodily harm or death can caries a maximum sentence of life. Matthew Wakaruk, 20 years old of Ardmore, Alberta, Devon MacDonald, 18 years old of Cold Lake, Alberta and Clifford Grant-Katcheech, 22 years old of Cold Lake Alberta have each been charged with one count of arson.
