Pie iron info, this past weekend buddy left his newer pie iron in the fire a bit too long and it cracked. My favorite pies are the ham and cheese with a bit of whatever onion is available, and for dessert cherry pie filling...mmm, :d
gave the dual 6 volt battery system a good workout this past weekend to see if we could kill them, left every light on in the trailer for a couple hours each night for 2 nights and 3 days of dry camping. it got chilly at night and the furnace would run periodically each night, and we left the outside light on for the duration. the battery level dropped to 60% after 3 days, in my motorhome the coach battery would have been dead after 24hrs, especially with the furnace running.
it was well worth the expense, thanks again Murray.....
wow, good price. what breed are they? I've got an older 2200 watt Honda with me now, we're holidaying down around the Calgary area (pirating someone's unsecured wireless network :d) and it almost stalls when I fire up the a/c, but recovers after a few seconds. supposed to get into the 30's again for the weekend, hope the ol' girl doesn't lay down on me. gonna have to get a little bigger one I think.I paid $ 300.00 for each of my 4500 watt gens, they will run 10-12hrs on 3 gals of fuel so i just let them run all weekend.Bought from liquidation center in westend, brand new :d
