In the market for a new seld trailer but having trouble getting quotes. Called 2 different places and neither have gotten back to me with a quote. When I'm willing to give money for an overpriced aluminum box on wheels at least you'd think a guy could get a quote within a day or 2.

Leaning towards a Mission but open to options.

Anyone have really good service with a particular dealer?

I have had good luck with Flamans in Nisku. Bought 2 enclosed trailers from them.
I believe the trailers are made in Lethbridge

Have you called grassland trailer sales ? They have always treated me good

Grassland sells trailers for Allandale, Allandale in West Edmonton was good to me when I bought my RV and was good with warranty issues with it.

everyone I dealt with on my RV is gone from Allandale, for good reason...... now I take it to Grove RV for work when it needs it, as my sister is service writer there.

Bought from Flaman in Nisku, sales were great to deal with. Service department, that was a different story. Had to bring trailer in for a insurance claim to get the sheeting replaced on the one side as it was damaged a couple years ago. Brought it in beginning of July and was told it would be ready by end of July. I go to pick it up end of October , not end of July. They point me in the direction where the trailer is and I go to hook on to it and have to look twice as the electric jack is not the electric jack that was on my trailer. This jack was a different make and was a 3500lb not a 4000lb. So I hook on to it and pull it up to the office to ask why the different jack. I get up to the office get out of my truck and as I walk by the side of the trailer something is not looking right with the new side panels. Picture shows the side repair that was done. I get the service manager to come and look at the side of the trailer and ask if they can see the same problem that I see or am i just seeing things. they were pretty much speachless. Then I asked why the different jack, they bent the original so they replaced it. I told them to replace it with a 4000lb jack like what was on it, said they would. So i left the trailer there and told them when they replace the siding again to line up the splice line in the escape door to the same as the rest of the siding as it was when new. So, I get a call the end of January that the trailer is ready and the siding is all the same color, nice! I go pickup the trailer, siding looks good and notice the jack was changed to a different brand of 3500lb jack again, so still not right. They told me they bent the first 3500lb jack that they just put on and didnt have a 4000lb jack at the time but have a 4000lb jack coming for me. I was just about to leave and the jack showed up and they gave it to me and told me to keep the 3500lb jack. I get the trailer home and look it over and noticed on the inside of the escape door they scratched the hell out of the siding as it is the same metal as the siding on the outside just a lighter shade. I take the door off and bring it back to Flaman. Two weeks later I go to pick it up and its wrapped up so I unwrap it to look at it only to find out the inside looks good but they scratched the hell out of the outside of the door, WTF? Two week go by and the door is done and installed, all finally looks good, until I go and look at the roof. When they put the top moulding back on they did not reseal the roof with silicon which left a 1/8" gap the full length of the trailer for rain to enter. I sealed it myself. That was my experience, kept my cool not to hurt anyones feelings which was not easy. Lack of experience and leadership, probably. Would I go back to them,,,,,,? Just sayin.
