Your right Tyler great job done by all. Yes we need a tractor, skidsteer or cat, grader to do some work on the sandy section of the trail to flatten it out to make grooming easier.

We have access to a skidsteer for the weekend and are filling in the ruts and flattening the trail surface before the big freeze comes Saturday night. Don was out today for a couple of hours already. Just a short trail section around the clubhouse. Will post some pics of what we are doing tommorow night.
Ordered the roughcut mower today will be ready next Friday.
So we will have very well groomed trails this year lets all hope for some snow to cover it all.

Worked on trails 2 weeks ago. Had 2 skidsteers out there leveling the trails out around the clubhouse. Area is real sandy and still soft before the big freeze came.
Went out this Saturday with the NEW roughcut mower and cut some brush along the trail. We had about 4'' of snow and packed it all down to set the snow for the winter. Sure hope all the rain didn`t wash it all away.
Went up to Flatbush today and did a trail inspection on the Pembina River side of the trail. Had about 5" of snow but lost alot when it got warm. River crossing of the Athabasca River on the East side has a real steep bank that will need some type of structure to help us get up the bank. High rivers this year worn the banks down. Not a good thing.

Heading up again this next weekend to do some more stuff. Helpers would be a good thing please.

Ok maybe a update. Will be cooler so dress warm and bring your sled. We can pack the trail for a bit as well as remove fallen trees and cut the saplings with the roughcut mower.

We will have a fire going back at the clubhouse for warmth. I`ll bring a few smokies to cook for lunch
