Trail Maintenance MINISTIK Sat Nov 8 & Sun Nov 9

Hi All

We will be doing SNOWMOBILE Trail Maintenance on this Saturday November 8 – AND- Sunday November 9, in Ministik.

TCSC pays for Volunteer Breakfast for all Trail Maintenance workers
Meet at Looma Esso on HWY 21 at 9:00am both days

As there is no snow yet we are using quads/utvs (once there is snow we will be using our sleds)
If you have a quad and or a chain saw bring them along
If you would like to help but do not have a quad/utv call Brian and we can double you up in a UTV
Also it is hunting season starting November 1, so wear bright colors – we do have orange safety vests for everyone also

YOU MUST call Brian at 780-990-9339 before the weekend so we know how many people / what days / what site to clear / what quads/UTVs we have - thanks

Dress for the weather and bring some lunch if you want.

NOTE: Ministik is closed until December 1 WITH 6” of snow
We are entering in under a Special permit issued by AESRD to Tri-County only to do trail maintenance only.

Not 100% certain, but may be able to come out Sunday, but am working Saturday. Is everyone entering at the same stage area, or how I this working? how late will these days run? If I can make it out, I will certainly bring a quad and saw.

I can enter through farmers yards with their express permission to enter ONLY FOR TRAIL MINTENANCE.

Thanks to all the volunteers that came out this weekend
we got 3 trails cleared on the North section and 1 on the east
nice to get these cleared before we get into the very cold weather
nice to meet everyone over Volunteer Breakfast before hitting the trails
