Anyone have many miles on the new style 3'' with the inset paddles? How are those ones holding up?

I have about 8 paddles missing like that in 2500 km. they don't like hard pack and speed

Only have about 500k on the new style. So far holding up great but what a pos that track is. Might aswell use a 2.5"

i will trump your 500 with 2000km. Not my ride, but it has no missing lugs

As for Jakes post, we have 2 running the same track with 4000km logged on them and no missing lugs, just track clips getting peeled off. 1 is a BB sled and the other is a turbo setup.

biggest thing i think is track tension and heat on the track. Keep it tight and you must run scratches on hard pack snow to keep the track cool and friction free.

I have 3400 kms on a 156x3 old style 16 wide lugs on turbo xm. still in great condition. none missing or cracked. been on lots of groomed trails but no high speed on ice. Knock on wood!

I had 5 center lugs split on the old m1000 3" track in the first few rides, thought it was just excessive weight from the cat or my arse, lol. I did like the hook up of the 3" but am staying with the 2.5 on the proclimb

I put on 1000 really hard miles last year on mine it's the new style and had no issues, no broken or torn lugs. As stated above, track tension needs to be kept tighter then normal

Forward those pics to whoever you purchased the track from so they can send them to Camoplast. We have had excellent results in getting Camoplast warranty on tracks that appear to have delaminated as long as there is no evidence of damage. If you just ride typical snow conditions and havnt been "logging" there is no reason they should not warranty (if it's still in the warranty time period).

I got 500 miles on my 3" before starting to loose lugs. Camoplast only repaid me a retroed price from the date of purchase.
