I have a 43ft Voltage toy hauler we are going to live in when retired. Is a residential style high class unit. Works well in weather down to 5 degrees. has a 40000 btu furnace. Great trailer

Look for something with residential type construction, not vacuum bonded.

Most factory made units less than $100G are still just glorified holiday trailers, depending on budget, you may want to look at some custom makers.

For what you want if you have the money look at either a New Horizons or Spacecraft. The last would be Excel. All the others have no insulation in the garage.

Being you're from Texas, can you tell us what you are considering "cold weather"?
