My 04 rev seems to have all its weight on the skis. At slow speeds or in the shop it is a good pull or push to move the handle bars. Everything is straight, greased, etc. I do have simmon skis ( double skagged ) but I believe it was tough with stock skis. I've switched from the stock cheapo front shocks to the HPG stockers. I would think this might be in the rear suspension set up? We have other rev's in our riding group and they turn way easier. I have the 144 track under this machine. I haven't messed with the rear suspension yet as this sled hooks up well and rides nice other than the steering.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

My first thought would be to loosen the limiter straps, then I would look at the preload on the front shocks and the rear.

Yes, loosen up those limiter straps. I had this exact same problem 2 winters ago and I moved my limiter up 2 holes it fixed my problem. Right now I think i'm running it in the 3rd hole from the end of the strap.
