Torque Specs for 03-07 - 800 REVS

Chain Case - Upper nut 33-55 lbf.ft
Lower Gear Idler 150"lbs or 12.5 lbf.ft

Secondary - 16 lbf.ft

Primary - 70 lbf.ft

Head Torque - 21 lbf.ft

Rave Valves - 80 lbf.in (note this is inch pounds)

Thermos Stat housing - 66 lbf/in (note this is in inch pounds)

Spark Plug - 20lbf.ft

Engine Mount - 35 lbf.ft with locktite


Hope this helps anyone working on a sled that needs some specs

which motor... 793ho they are 30 ft/pds that is for 07's but the 04 should be the same...
