I 10000000% hate water, really can't stand it. But in my effort to lose 80-100lbs, I am seeing the positive effect it is having with my weight loss.
I am forcing my self to drink 2-4 liters a day (yesterday I had 4 liters of beer instead LOL).
But the days like yesterday that I don't drink it, I now see and feel the negative effect it has on me.
