I quickly checked and had a printout from scotia online saying I did

I phone and chick from god knows what country answers and I decipher she wants to do some security questions for my protection

I say fine fire away. She asks me questions and I'm rolling through just great till she says how loong have you had this account with us? I said I have no idea. A long time? She says need number of years. I said do you know. I ask her how many years you have had a visa card yourself? She says she can't help me and fails me because I never gave her an answer? And the fight was on!

As it turned out I hadn't paid as my payment had not gone through for some reason after I hung up on her. No confirmation number on my printout receipt for some reason?

So the million dollar question????? How many of you know how long you have had your current visa to the year? I'm betting over 20 yrs minimum for me. I asked her where I get that info next time I call and she said I should know that???

I have been dealing with RBC since sometime in the early 70's but I don't remember exactly when. Like a date that far back is unrealistic.
