Can’t eat grapefruits or drink the juice. One of me meds reacts to it. Can’t remember which one. Old timers disease setting in. Lol

I tried the KETO diet, and it did nothing for me. Other than I cut way down on my white sugars and no (very little) wheat or flour products

I am tempted to do the carnivore diet, just so I can eat more meat lol
