I had to run downtown for a couple oranges.

Made up some hot mustard paste for the ham.

That’s always my job when we have ham.

Equal parts of Keens mustard powder, vinegar, brown sugar, flour, and hot water.

That equal parts is 2 tablespoons.

 

[ferniesnow]

I cheat a little and increase the Keens mustard.

 

[ferniesnow]

A little spicier that way and a whole lot better.

 

[ferniesnow]

There definitely is a little warmth to that spread.
