Koodo and Telus are the same company

Yes, that is true but being a self serve outfit, Koodo is tough to deal with.
Koodo is cheaper like $35/phone.
Took me 2 hours in May to get my bill straightened out and I can see that it is going to happen again.
I don’t have time to show them their mistakes when it should be plain Jane simple.
