First ride on the wind trainer done.

1/2 and hour and got a good sweat going.

Had to use the electric assist to get a smooth flow going.

Even with a relatively smooth rear tire, it was a struggle to get a good spin.

Electric assist made it much easier but still a good work out.

Cool down and then to the storage room and do some organizing.

Boss going on another holiday, so no work at his place for another week.

Honey doo list should be all caught up at home.
