If you know where their hills/nests are just pour/spray it on those.
I had 3/4 acre in Elkford and I was very happy with the malathion results.

Played the combine service game today, noticed the belt to the main hydraulic pump has a few cracks in it, hopefully it makes the season. Major job to replace that one and I told the landowner he would have to hire someone to change that one....need a service truck with a picker to lift that big pump.
