Yes it is. As long as you can get powder , primers etc. Some of that is scarce or expensive

4 years ago I was reloading 6.5 for 1.10 a shell. My 22-250 I could do for .66cents

The best price on a box of 20 shells for my 6.5 is $45 or $2.25 a shell
