Started watching the F1 docuseries on Netflix today. Pretty interesting how cut throat it is

500 degree roast tonight.
5 minutes for every pound at 500 degrees.
Turn off oven when time is up and don’t open the oven door for two hours.
Take out the roast and let rest for 30-40 minutes.
