on another note a fleet of drones with water tanks could mist your crop and fill from grain bins water storage dock

I get the jist of it..... One of the reasons, I have no interest of being a supervisor anymore

biggest problem is man power right now. finding guys isn't that hard but finding guys who will actually get the work done and don't want $50/hr to do it is hard. so you can push and push but if they don't have the guys what can you or they do. you can bring someone else in but that never works out and just turns into more headache than its worth.

No different than it was 4-ish years ago, when I was suping. Even if you gave them $50/hr, they still want a full check and production bonus, without showing up. I was a supe for 19 years and in the last 4 years of doing it, it’s a very thankless job.
