Here are some true, non media facts about Southern AB

Old Man River is almost at full capacity - river, not reservoir
Waterton Reservoir is close to operating levels and could possibly start feeding St. Mary reservoir
There is water being trucked on a daily basis, to holding tanks, for fire suppression - NO town have needed any yet, because of low reserves (that is the media spreading rumors)
Yes there is probably going to be a water shortage in the canals, for the farmers. But not possible to predict yet, as spring snowfall has not happened.

This is coming from, the workers and CO's, that I have personally spoke with, of the area's. Actual people, with actual documentation
