Surgery yesterday. All went well. Now 4-6 weeks of recovery.
Take care of your self bud. I’m thinking I know what you had done as my father in law and a good friend of mine probably had the same procedure. Like me you picked a good year to do it with the poor snow.

This time I will follow more closely the time lines for recovery. No lifting, no heavy going, no bike, no sledding, but walking is fine. Walking it will be.
The last time (4.5 years ago in the summer of 2019) I was very busy and I think the healing process was interrupted. The day of the operation, I sold the Elkford house. Came home and started packing. Moved all our chit to storage. Finished a neighbours shop and built two decks for him. Then we came to Salmon Arm and moved into this house mid September.
