Gas log splitter is the only way to go
I've got one. touble is it was 20 miles away. I've been cutting dead standing and don't drag the splitter into the bush with me. Wheels aren't rated for highway speed and it takes up too much room in dthe box of the truck

This is how the older guys do it. Did it for years.
Split it at home with an awl, axe, or splitter (electric or gas). I miss those days.
A fix for " I miss those days" is in April jump in your truck and come down to Sparwood and with your truck and my truck we each can get 4 loads of larch and fir then drive back to my house and get them split and stacked. Don't worry we will feed you and make sure you have a nice bed to sleep in. And I will probably pay for your truck gas.

My truck could haul a load?
I don’t know about your truck? Maybe half a load?
