not a parts person anymore, I have not been since 2016....... Management now, spend lots of time on meetings, its really nice to be able to pace around the basement while "discussing" things with groups.

that's my life my friend...... 65% of my day is meetings, whether scheduled or ad-hoc.
But I get to do it from my house, so I can do other tasks around the house, while taking the calls.

What's the price of gas and diesel there? lol

$1.449 and $1.699 respectively. By using the COOP, I get 6% rebate once a year. I also drive a lot less here than in Elkford. As an example, it was nearly 199 to stage for sledding in Fernie ( 90% of sledding was in Fernie) and here it is 30 km. Shopping is all local other than a Costco trip a month. That trip is only 2 hours (there and back) compared to 4 hours to Lethbridge.
A person can rationalize everything Doug.
In Elkford, I had to drive to Sparwood to get screws/nails/bolts/ etc. and maybe even to Fernie. We do thousands of km less over here.

I know I have to sit in meetings every day to and I hate it. I didn't get into construction to sit on teams meetings all day
