I am my worst enemy because I don’t practice what I preach. It is hard to have the will power and I understand.

Dr finally phoned. No fracture but something called scapholunate disassociation. Basically a torn tendon in my wrist which has caused a widening between the joint held together by the tendon. Short story is off to a hand clinic in the new year and depending what they say about riding it takes 3-18 months to recover fully with possible surgery. Fug golf is a dangerous sport!
