Diced orange pepper, diced onion, diced brown mushrooms, 2 eggs, shredded carrot, 1/4 cup of Lea & Perrins, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, tablespoon parsley, tablespoon of Montreal spice, 1 teaspoon of chilli pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. I added a 1/4 teaspoon of Woody’s smoke flavouring.
marinate for a couple hours and then get out the patty maker, and the vacuum processor.
