Pretty bright out this morning. -1 now and a forecast high of +3.

Big gusty wind came through yesterday for about 5 minutes. Toppled lots of trees and power poles in Vernon. A few thousand homes were without power for a few hours.

New to me new truck has gone to the doctor’s......

Check engine light came on the other day ( I think I mentioned that earlier). Made an appointment for yesterday. Went out to start it and lo’ and behold it wouldn’t start; just turn over. Phoned the doctor to let them know. Doctor said, “change the key fob!”. That didn’t work. So I got out the charger/engine starter thingy. That didn’t work. Moved old faithful over (the 2013 F350) and hooked up the booster cables. That didn’t work. Phoned the my sales lady and went through the process. She said, “let me talk to my manager”. She phoned back and said, “we have a tow truck coming.” No further information at this time.
