First ride today.

One year in Elkford we didn’t ride until Christmas day. This is almost a month later.

My wing man stood me up today so it was a very cautious trail ride to the cabin and back. Stayed on the groomed all day. She will be ready to go tomorrow.

Probed a couple of spots and I would say at the elevation of the main chalet there is a fairly consistent 2 meters of snow with the various crusts throughout.

Pretty tracked out in the open places but I didn’t go into any honey holes nor Zipper Mouth Creek due to being by myself.
