Sweats then chills, achy bones and chest is heavy
That's how I was when I got Covid, horrible 4 days and on the 5th day it broke. Took about 3 weeks more to fell 100% again. Hopefully you guys don't have it

What was the outcome?
they couldn't find anything wrong with my ticker there, but high Blood pressure, and are strongly suggesting sleep apnea testing.

Also COVID positive from their brain tickle yesterday.

The sleep apnea testing is worth it. I’m not completely sold on the swab testing. Hopefully you feel better soon

I'm pretty sure any cold, or anything triggers a positive on the COVID meter.

I feel way better today than I did yesterday, and am trying to book follow ups with my doctor.

Already booked a walk through and info session at a gym for next week.

Exercise is a good thing. Keeps the ticker working, blood flowing, muscles and joints working, and it helps to control weight gain.

I just can't find the motivate myself to do it at home, I feel that it I have to make a point to go to a place to do it, I will actually do so. Plus its a break from home/home office.

I understand that thought. A lot are in that same boat. What is important is to do it and not where to do it. Getter done Tyler, I guarantee you will feel better.
