Too cold to ride... might as well polish...

I found myself looking for something to do tonight. I ended up polishing the aluminum on the sled. I think I only have one knuckle out of 10 that isn't bleeding. It's a big job if you want to do it right. :) I'm happy with the results though. I used Mothers "Mag & Uluminum Polish", and alot of elbow grease. I tryed the Mouse (black & Decker) with the polishing pads but that did'nt do the trick. Best way to get a good luster is good old fashioned muscle. Terry towells and a lot of work.

Looks good, what kind of a time frame is a guy looking at to do this? A couple of hours and a couple of :beer::beer:?

i did mine but i didnt take off the seet but it took about three hours i did it with holywoods aluminum polish

Thanks for all the replies guys... I repolished it again last night to improve on the luster!!! And NO... I will not help any of you polish your tunnels! I'm Done. :confused: You're own your own :d:beer::d:beer:

It's alot of work but well worth it. Makes the thing shine and look like it is worth more? Maybe even faster :beer::d
