I'm fairly new to snowmobiling but have picked it up quickly. I have an 07 Ski-Doo Summit X 800, 159".
My friend has the same sled, and for some reason when I rode it his was much easier to huck around. His sway bar was removed and shocks adjusted to about 2. (Mine are at 4)
He suggested I try removing the sway bar and adjusting the shocks to have a more "tippy" sled.
Another friend of mine recommended that I do not take out the sway bar and that only people who are really good at side hilling take out their sway bar.
So my question is, is this something that I should shy away from or give it a shot? Would I be putting myself at a disability by removing the sway bar? Would it void my warranty?
Thanks guys.
