so i have my 700 dragon, it WAS piped and canned.

i had the SLP combo.

the top end blew and when i fixed it i put all the stock stuff back on. thinking about throwing the SLP pipe on and maybe getting an MBRP can.

the mechanic recommended taking the pipe off in the first place, but maybe it was because i didn't have a fuel programmer? so whats your opinion.

Almost every 700 rmk on the planet has some form of aftermkt exhaust on them. The slp is a good kit-use it. You don't need a fuel controller. The top end went for another reason, not due to the exhaust.
