Cape this is incorrect info. The smallest gear gates recommends is a 23t. Most sled belt drive companies run between a 25-27t top pulley which is far from too small.
As far as I know, I am the only sled running a 23t top and I have no cracking or failures. Your info is bunk. Haha

Humm, interesting definitely not bunk.
I witnessed the cracking personality, on numerous belts on my old xm sled and in industry.
My old sled that had a tki on it had a 2.52 ratio had the cracks on the top section inbetween the little rib. Maybe shorter xm chaincase and belt over your T3, I dunno cant comment on that never had a belt drive on my T3.
Im just sharing my experience with the belt on my sled, and In my industry.

I have broke 2 gates belts in the past 6 years of using a TKI kit. 1 was from park brake sticking on and melting the belt. It lasted another 2 weeks. The other was a really hard landing on hard pack going slow but full pin. Belt broke right in half but likely already had 3000+ miles on it. Changed it in 4minutes and continued riding.

Oops I meant that the cracking isn't from the belt going around a tight radius. I didn't mean that you didnt see cracks. You old crackalacka!
