happy with my duratracs. I had cooper zeons before and won't ever buy them again, absolute crap in winter and only got about 40,000 km's on them.

I am running Nitta HD grapplers. So far about 65,000kms. not happy with that. Toyo OC AT's got me 70km, and by far the best was the toyo M55's where i got close to 100,000 each set. Problem with the M55 is that the biggest they have is a 265/70/17 and i like the 285's.
I might give the firestone destination mt a shot here shortly. Anyone any feedback on them?

Happy with my Silent Armours. I've only got 25k on them but lots of tread left. Good winter traction on highway and off, quiet on the highway. I run them year round.

i might have gotten a touch more, but they started cupping, and chunking out bits of rubber.
Just wish i could get a mt, that wears like the M55's.
I can dream

Absolutely disagree with this. Toyo Open Country AT's (not the MT's!) are a great tire. Aggressive enough without being fuel hogs, quiet on the highway, and last easy 70K+ with proper rotation.

BFG's are on my chit list. Michelins wear great but scary on ice!

you must drive all highway because if you do any gravel at all any of the toyo open country SUCK and do not last. the h/t, a/t and m/t. the most i have gotten out of the a/t were 25000 kms. but the m55's you can get 50-80000 easy. these are on trucks that actually put and work everyday

235/85R16 duratracs on my dually. I love them, quiet on the highway and very impressive in snow, ice, and mud.

My michellins are way better on ice than my open country's were. in wet conditions I did a 180 pulling onto the highway with the Toyo at's once.
Michellins are like glue.

Just got a quote on 4 duratracs 265/75/16 10 ply $294/tire $1285 out the door then an $80 mail in rebate. Canadian tire has them on for $256/tire and the $80 rebate. Can anyone out there beat that? I also looked up the recall letter on the goodyear website and its only for the silent armors.

I bought mine out of the states for $170/tire the lowest I could find in Canada was $220/tire from Sportsman Offroad in Kamloops. They were 235's though not 265's.
