Zillas are the lightest mud tires out there. Mudbugs are a very close second.

tires are usually a personal preference, i have swamp lites and they work amazingly well in the snow, great tire for muskeg as well, aggressive enough to clear out but dont dig holes not sure about the zilla's but they are lighter, a newer design so they prob have an edge but i think they are prob more expensive as well.

I have a polaris xp 550 and do all sorts of riding but i can put 27 mud lites on where i can only go 26 in the zillas because the zilla 27,s are to wide. thanks

The Zillas are way lighter than Swamplights. I have never run Swamplights ut with my 28" Zillas on my Brute I can go through the same mud holes as my buddy with 29.5 outlaws, I just have to work alot harder to get through but I do make it. They ride nice on trails, a little rough under about 7kph but how often do you ride that slow. Also very good in the snow as well. Guys I have ridden with say the swamplights are fairly smooth on trails and they will hold their own with any other tire in the mud as well.

Zilla's would be 9" fronts and 11" rears, if anything, you might need 1" spacers for the front.

Please don't buy Mud Lites, every time someone puts them on a machine a kitten is killed

Also you will find that the Zillas are not wider than the mud lights. 27" mudlights are 10" wide for the front and 12" wide in the back where the Zillas are the same and also offer a 9" front and 11" rear. I have 28" tall and 11" & 9" wide and they take up way less room than most other tires in the wheels wells.

I ride with a guy with swamp lites and I can say that I would never get them, they are nice for trails but they just dig a whole in mud and skeg, they are a heavy tire, we both had 650 kawi's and I had no problem pulling wheelies at speed, he couldn't pull one if his life depended on it.
