air pressure make a huge difference in tire life on gravel. If you have nothing extra in the truck for weight drop your air pressure. I used to run 40psi on my 3500 dodge when Iused it at work 90% gravel, nearly double the tire life and the ride is improved bigtime. The air press rating on your door tag shows 65psi most likely, this is the rating to be able to use the max gvwr of the truck not the truck in an unloaded scenario.
