Tire has been stretched ,over inflated and left,I stretch my stock car tires all the time on purpose ,and yes 2inches is possible .let some air out in pass side. And over inflate drivers side and let it sit so were warm you will be surprised how much these balony skins will stretch .i had tire shop instal tires for me a while back put them on and had same problem one way bigger than other they had 40lbs in one!!!
