I have a 12 Freeride 154" and i honestly love it, i rode a 2011 summit 154 etec last year and it was just a fun but the wider running boards on the freeride are really nice to be honest (i always had trouble with the summit boards and foot placement) that and the reinforcement is nice for peace of mind but to each their own. If i were you i'd ride whatever you want/ can get. Oh i also rode a turbo cat and a pro and to be honest i still like mine the best. the pro was easy to lay over but i missed the etec power and the cat just felt like a turd to me (i'm skinny so.. extra weight is a killer) and the suspension on the freeride is AWESOME just my two cents though, get what you like.
