Dons speed parts. Awesome!!! T&t. Awesome. Argyl stay away from. Idiots. Echo cycle=run. Ase powersports maybe a good decision if you spend a ton of cash and they respect you. So I've heard. This is why I'm on a doo!

Closest A.S.E, Tim at camrose arctic cat is great to deal with, and the guys at main jet are just flat out awesome! My vote would be for getting ahold of Momma on here.

Not me in particular. The small time customer. Your down units may sit while they fix others. Ie. main customers. Myself I have dealt with them and had no problems. My dealer support is top notch at riverside and has been for 20 yrs.

I as well had a bad experience with t&t was going to but a prowler asked if I could get a 90 soft top thrown into the deal wasn't haggling on price talked to terry on the phone and was told straight out NO so went elsewhere found dons speed parts and left happy cheaper with the top I wanted, the other guy didn't seem to care at all

I also had a poor experience attempting to buy a sled. All was initially good when I first spoke to Terry. He gave me a price I liked so asked for the exact amount so I could get a bank draft made and pick it up on the date we agreed on (2 weeks was pick up date from the day we spoke). Left a few messages over the course of a week and a half to get the exact amount with no return call.

Decided to bite the bullet and purchase my sled from Echo the day I was suppose to pick it up from Bonnyville (still hadn't heard from them) and finally got a phone call from T&T near closing time (wasn't Terry) asking me where I was. I told them I called numerous times and no one ever got back to me stating how much the draft was to be made for so I bought it else where. I proceeded to be verbally abused by the employee because I wasted his time, they went out of their way to PDI the sled for me, ect, ect.

Sporting goods in lac la biche does a great job selling sleds. After you buy...good luck getting service or parts. They need a whole revamp on the service and parts end for me to ever think of spending a dime there.

So did you end up buying one yet? I have had awesome service at White Knuckle Motorsports. Great guys to deal with and great prices on machines.

My vote for best Cat dealer goes to T&T. Terry knows the meaning of the word customer service - something you will not find in the city after purchase. My M1100T came from there, wouldn't hesitate to purchase again, even if it is a long drive.
A not so distant second would be WKM in Lloyd - I've dealt with Gene over there, good people, customer driven as well.
Bear in mind the "cheapest" dealer isn't always the "best" dealer. Example, buy your new JD lawnmover at Home Depot, & then try to take it back there for servicing... I'd rather pay a bit more to the smaller dealers to keep them in business, as in today's world they are the only ones providing outstanding service, and recognize the potential value in retaining a customer. Think about it...

Don's Speed Parts Wainwright. Hands down. Great guys to deal with year after year and the cheapest I've found. Volume helps bring down price.

Stay the Frick away from Argyll Motor Sports. A faceless corporation. Gave them a chance to match a price from Don's Speed Parts, just thought I'd try to keep it local. They didn't even have the time to tell me to frick off. I took my sled there twice for the same factory recall and they could not fix it- a factory recall????? Then with my sno pro I got tired of fricking around trying to tune it up myself, so I took it into them ( I know I'm an idiot AND a sucker for punishment) well they're like 10 minutes from home. They had the sled 3 days and said they needed to rebuild the carbs, fine. !0 days later they phone and said they just noticed one of the carbs were broken. $400 fricken dollars and I swear to god that carburetor was not broken on delivery to them because I was plucking with them before I took it in. I paid the bill after bitching a little took the sled home and went back to talk to the general wanker I mean manager. he gave me an Argyll Motor sports cap!!!!! and said he'd look into it. That was just before Christmas I I haven't heard a word. But I kept the cap to ram up his ass when I go back for his explanation. ASSHOLES!!!!!!

Bought my sled form Don's Speedparts. Came home from work,it's in my garage. Great service.Bought my Rhino from Terry at T&T. Same awesome service would recommend either one of them. I also agree with jeffg463, stay clear of Argyll. As soon as they get your cash, they forget about you.
