I've been using the Timbersled rear suspention on my turbo cat for 2 yrs... No problems, zero part failures, and it works.. Both on the trail and on the hills, no wheelie problems... and I've been using the front suspention all this yr as well, with zero issues, and I thought, the front suspention would be more for looks than performance.. I was wrong, I never realized how much better the ride and handling would be... Very impressed with Timbersled front and rear suspentions... Allen and the guys are easy to talk to and great to deal with....

Do you have the older spindles or the new ones? The top plate is double the thickness on the new ones. Way stronger!

Just a note on mounting the rear shock I see you have yours mounted on the bottom of the rail and forward a half inch(second pic from the top) this alone changes the way that suspension acts. I made the mistake of mounting mine back and up an inch which greatly affects the leverage on the shock, easy mistake as it was one of the pre drilled holes on the iceage rails.

Yup, they're the old ones. Give them a call. They replaced mine because of that bending issue. Don't let it go till they actually break. Mine broke at low speed so no sled damage....wouldn't want to see what would have happened if I'd been going fast!

Great guys to deal with! :d Only company I've ever dealt with where I was so impressed I actually put their decals on my sled! I don't ever do that!

Thought you said it dont wheelie??? now if that was a yammi and M-10 you would have caught 20ft of air out of that chute!!:d:beer:

Stray,,, I would have loved to take you to that chute,,,, It's as scary as the twisted and wiggley chute.... I bet you only would have got 7 and a half feet of air out of the top!!!!!!!!!maybe next yr... Valley of the chutes is done for the season... no access,,, but we still have good snow in 5 excellent areas,,,,
