I have no rev limiters ;)...it helps some but not alot. To be honest with ya thats not whats holding the power back. Its the extreamly low compression. Stock it only has 8:1 compression which is one of the lowest compression ratio's on an atv. Its detuned in three main ways, cams, timing and compression.. If you install the lower gears thats when the no rev limiters help. With stock gearing the only time you will hit the rev limiter is on top end once in awhile. With the 3.6 gears you hit it alot more. There is no after market cdi. i won the atv drags in st.walburg last year with just the 3.6 gears and a slip on pipe. The 3.1 gears were another way AC detuned the bottom end power. They did anything possible to make this engine more user friendly. Mine is pretty impressive now. I have about 80 hp at the crank. Stock it had around 68 hp at the crank.

In low range is one place where no rev limits shines. You can also go as fast in reverse as your lil heart desires!

I have a buddy with a T-Cat and his slip clutch for the drive shaft keeps slipping. Is there a fix for it? He had it replaced once and still the same results.......maybe the dealer never replaced it and it is still the old defective one.
