Almost every time I ride, I hit the throttle hard enough to break the little set screw that keeps it from spinning around the bars.
If I over tighten the screw, the throttle doesn't return all the way which creates some interesting moments when you think you are stopped.
I know it stays in place a little longer if you take the throttle block apart and re-assemble but I don't want to do that very often.
I'm wondering if it's a good idea to drill a small hole into the bar to help that screw catch/stick.
Bad idea?
Any other ideas?
