Last night I was working out in the new trailer out in front of the house. The truck is in the garage in the back I was running back ad forth getting tools. I always lock the truck and the garage at nights but got lazy last night, was that a mistake. I thought I'm leaving early in the AM so will take tools and drill back out to the truck in the AM. Went out this morning my 1/2" hammer drill hole saw kit small Milwaukee charger and saw were gone. The thing that makes me the most upset is the new generator is gone. This town was a safe place not any more, but then again I should not have been so lazy last night. My own mistake. But why cant this be a safe place to live? Why dose everything have to be locked up, chained down, camera's
This just makes me mad, you work hard save up to buy stuff then some A*** comes and steals it

That just sucks big time. Even if you locked things up, if they want them they will still get them. Even with cameras people still don't get caught.

Everywhere is bad. My brother has his garage door open middle of day, comes out and a lady is walking down the street with his table saw......

If feel the pain, I think "we" are government has allowed this human rights crap to go to far. Back in the day I could leave the keys in the truck and the back door was never locked...back then we called a spade a spade and could haul a would be thief out behind the wood shed. Problem solved and never have an issue again.
Now he rips you off, you get mad and the a$$hole sues you....wtf is wrong with this picture mr Trudeau!
New rules are needed, we need to put the fear of God into wrong doer's, a plan that holds you accountable for your actions would be a start. With out a upper hand this country is doomed.

Sorry for your loss, I feel for ya.You shouldn't blame yourself for the action's of a thief
IMO.Sure we shouldn't make it easier for them, but still you didn't ask someone to swipe
your stuff. Lloyd has alway's had it's fair share of troubles, but yes you are right in the past
few year's it's gotten alot worse.Vehicle theft's going north has been the highest dollar impact
to most of us.

It is another marker of this beautiful man made economy, to many people out of work, some will need to supplement their income for their next fix, others simply need to survive, crime will be on the rise !!!, locking things up will only keep the honest ones out. there really is no need for all this !!,

My brother in Red Deer woke up and noticed his pick up gone out of the driveway . They broke in through the garage and stole all the keys hanging in garage for wifes SUV as well . Had to go to cop shop to sign affidavid that he did not give them the keys . On the way back from cop shop he saw his truck parked in the thiefs driveway and had spare set of keys so he stole it back . The cops wouldn't do anything about it so he had to get keys reprogrammed . 2 weeks later they came back and stole wifes SUV . Ford dealer said it must have been a glitch when they tried to reprogram . They caught a girl driving the SUV 2 weeks later with baby seat in car etc. She didn't even change liscence plates .
