We feed birds and enjoy the pastime; peanuts for the stellar jays and black oil sunflower seeds for the chickadees, nut hatches, etc. Naturally there is a squirrel or two around. I have used cayenne pepper and other tricks but I keep saying as long as it sort of stays in it's own territory there is no problem. But now, I'm second guessing myself and this little sucker just might have to go to squirrel heaven......the peanuts were in the bar-b-que all around the diffuser and the moose sh*t????? WTF is with that????

With ya ferniesnow...we feed the birds and it results in being overrun with squirrels. Couple have been done in over the years as they got really aggressive and started attacking the birds, fighting with each other and wrecking chit. We've finally found a way to squirrel-proof most of our feeders and that's helped alot. We also get bombarded with flying squirrels at night! A full big feeder by day is emptied through the night:eek: We have found stashes all over...but moose chit WTF?
