I watched a Vice video on that stuff. The russians in the south are really close to Afganastan and such, and so are right in the shipping lanes for heroin. Sure enough, these poor folks get hooked to heroin, but can't afford it, as it's much more expensive. Somebody came up with this stuff and these kids are injecting gasoline into themselves.

I dont think you need to go to Russia to see this kind of crap. I was watching Drugs Inc on National G. channel and holy crap there are some crazy drugs going on in the US and I am sure here too. I cant figure out what kind of state of mind one has to be to even try it in he first place. If you need a high so bad get into some type of extreme sports. Our society it getting more twisted all the time and values are going out the door.
