I’m hoping to put together a run through my employers social club, apart from praying for snow on the local trails and the obvious things what would you all take into account?

Liability. If someone gets injured or killed, you or your employer probably wont want to be on the hook for it.

Plus depending on who you work for and their sensitivity around safety performance you may need to do an HSSE assessment for a company sponsored event... I know motorized or anything deemed risky is not allowed at ours without significant mitigation measures (e.g. training, etc.) which usually kills it pretty quick.

I have to agree. Liability is number one! I am our companies social club prez and I tend to push us away from sleds and anything that could put myself or the club and company at risk of a lawsuit.
