I was thinking a guy should be able to pre make square burgers, have the onions and mushrooms in top portion and then premake the buns.
Burgers on the hill.

We will not be straving this year travis with three of us cooking lol..

That sounds good. Another idea to try would be a double patty stuffed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms and maybe cheese. Edges held together with egg whites. I learned that from arff and they work well on the Q. Only problem is that a guy may have to have a nap afterwards.
