The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club is celebrating 50 years as a registered snowmobile club in the province of B.C. Fri. Mar. 23/18.
Dinner, banquet and a dance will be held at the community centre and we are asking you all to join us. Tickets can be purchased online here and will be held at the door. , they can also be purchased at the Club`s Welcome Centre 4177 Westside Rd. Thur.-Sun. 8-11 a.m.
We are expecting 20 past Presidents to join us for the evening and some other very special guests.
Huge weekend for snowmobiling in Revelstoke, the BCSF will be holding it`s Spring Meeting and Excellence Awards Sat. and the Club is hosting a ride Sun. with a bar-b-q at the end of the day at the Greeting Centre.

50 years. Holy chit. Is that a record for the oldest snomo club?
What was it like to be the original sledders who broke trail and discovered new areas? That woulda been cool to be a part of.

The British Columbia Snowmobile Federation celebrated it`s 50th 2 yrs. ago and the Vernon Snowmobile Assoc. celebrated their 50 last season. So that makes us the 2nd oldest club in B.C.

Tickets for the 50th Anniversary will be available until Mon. Mar. 19 and can be purchased online on our website and will be held at the door for you

If are planning on attending the club ride and bar-b-q on Sun. Mar 25 you need to preregister here by Mar. 16th.

Just asking as the taxi service can be very limited at best in town.

HA HA! Myself either.......Not sure.

Just asking because I know I hear lots about the hard time getting cabs from others.

Just figured with the large gathering that someone may have thought of that logistical problem.

Be a good way to get out of town guests to and from the event...

Maybe one of the local Heli ski folks would donate a van for the evening. Pay a driver and I am sure he/she would do fairly well on tips alone.

Just a thought.

Congrats to the Club,I'm sure it will be a great evening. Had a half a dozen folks that wanted to come and join the festivities but we are all unable to make it out early enough for a Friday night.

Thanks Al, we have invited 20 past president, 50 yrs. is a big deal. The BCSF Gala and Excellence Awards is Sat. night and everyone is welcome to join snowmobile clubs from all over the province for the evening. There is also the club ride Sun, come out for a ride and then there is a bar-b-q at the end of the day at the building.

We will be running a shuttle from the venue 8 p.m. till 1 a.m. every half hr. to get you home. 24 hr. parking is permitted at the venue. Check with your hotel a lot of them do have a shuttle service for their guests.
